No, Garon was on ice at the end of 3rd for the tying goal, but Mason was back in overtime for the win. Mason went to the bench at the end of 3rd to ajust a piece of equipment.

Steve Mason stopped 32 of 36 shots in a 5-4 win over the Capitals.
Mason left the game with just 26 seconds remaining in the third period and did not return. He was replaced by Mathieu Garon. At this point it isn't clear what happened to Mason. Stay tuned.

I watched the entire game...every play, and Mason was in net for OT and the win. He was never hurt nor showed any sign of being hurt...I would highly suggest staying away from rotoworld unless you seek disinformation.

I watched the game too, and I think Hitch put Garon in just to give his forwards an extra 45 seconds break, to re-coup their energy since they had already used their timeout earlier.

Also, for original poster, you can always tell which goalie will get the win. It's the goalie who is in net when the winning goal is scored. In this case, an OT win, it's easy. It's Mason.
