Default Any news on Mathieu Schnieder?

I seen that he was aiming to come back around Vancouver's 10th game.

Any one know of any progress? (Unless I'm blind and missed something)

Mathieu Schneider is healthy but unable to play because the Vancouver Canucks placed him on the long-term injured list.

He WILL play sunday against Edmonton !

Excellent, I'll put him in Sunday's lineup. Thanks!

Mathieu Schneider is healthy but unable to play because the Vancouver Canucks placed him on the long-term injured list before the start of the regular season.
The move gave the Canucks salary cap relief but according to the rules, Schneider has to sit out 24 days or ten games. The 24 days are over on October 25, so expect to see Schneider make his Canucks debut then. "I feel great right now, I think I've been ready for about a week," Schneider said. "I just feel 100 per cent. I'm excited and ready to get going. I've had enough practising. It gets monotonous. I've had that Oct. 25 circled for quite a while." Get ready to pick up Schneider if he is on the waiver wire, or activate him if you already picked him up.
