Default Horton vs Kopitar vs Tanguay

in a keeper pool i can only keep one of the three. the stat categories are as follows: G,A,PIMs,+/-,PPP,shp.GWG.

I\'m a fan of horton\'s and think he could continue to improve but kopitar is having a strong rookie season and tanguay is fairly reliable. some knowledgeable advice is needed and appreciated.

My concern with Kopitar is sophomore jinx! It\'s seem that it\'s happen a lot. SVATOS, Boyes...those two guys are killing me right now (maybe not boyes anymore but he\'s still under my expectation.

That why I should be tented to say.....TANGUAY even if he\'s playing under everyone expectation....He \'s at least a one point per game guy!

Do you think that KOPITAR will be that great? I\"m asking the question cause for what I see from him (one game only) He was not that amazing...he was showing some skills but nothing spectacular! But a game is not a season right! And he is young!!!

If your keeper league is counting +- it\'s could be another concern. LA are pilling up young skilled players...are they suppose to explose next year????

And for Norton, well he showed us a lot of good things this year but His biggest problems is the his TEAM...FLORIDA suck! And they gonna suck next year too!!

In my book here\'s the ranking of those 3 guys

    TANGUAY
    KOPITAR
    HORTON!

but you know what...this is just my opinion!

kopitar,horton,tanguay.tanguays\'value would be greater if he was on a more offensive tewm than calgary, kopitar has better line mates but both fla and l.a are future teams to watch.

I would not be too sure that Tangauy\'s season this year is a good benchmark of his next seasons potential. I think he\'s gonna go up next season he\'s way low on his goals for one thing and I think that he will bounce back to around the 40 G. level and overall increase by about 20 pts next season. Prolly 90-95 pts barring injury.
The supporting cast there is getting better and stronger Huselius, Langkow, Lombardi, Iginla, and Conroy. Yep I like Tangauy. Kopitar is a ways from 90 pts yet but he could be there in 3 yrs when the team gets better around him and as he matures.
Horton..who knows Florida is a team thats hard to figure..plus there are rumours he wants out. On a better team he could be decent but I think 70 might be it for him.

Kopitar has the best upside. He could reach 100 points in a few seasons. IMO Tanguay is a great player, but a tad overrated for fantasy purposes. Horton is good, but won\'t produce the offense the other two guys can.

    Kopitar
    Tanguay
    Horton

    Kopitar, Tanguay, Horton.

From watching several Kings games I think Kopitar is just too good for the sophmore jinx. He\'s sick - so poised and smooth. Plus you know he\'s going to get a ton of minutes so ice time is not a factor like it is for lots of young guys that get jinxed. The Kings should be better next year too and potentially really good in a few years. Keep him as long as you can man.

Tanguay\'s value is pretty much known. Horton I like but have no feel for what Florida will be like as a team next year.

Calgary is no longer the offensively anemic team that they have been the past couple seasons, so that is enough for me to put Tanguay into second behind Kopitar.

Not to mention Horton concerns me a little with some injury history.
