I like both of them better than Barker, he didn't get much for even strength ice-time last year during his breakout year, most of his points came on the PP. If he doesn't see that ice-time, he'll have a very hard time duplicating his point totals.
Between Burns and Suter, it's the classic case of steady production vs. possible slam dunk. Suter is a lock #2 d to run the 1st PP with Weber, and his numbers have continuously risen each year. Burns has the elite #1 potential, but injuries and a new coach/format may or may not play into his hands. Personally I tend to shy away from guys who had head injuries until they can play a full year without getting hurt.
I would lean towards Suter slightly, thinking he can still ramp his point totals to near 50 points. If you're all-in, then take Burns.
