Why I\'d like to do this deal...
1) Stastny could be huge player for years (in the Ovechkin-Malkin level, Alfie is getting older - so would that be an even trade?
2) Radulov - can he turn it around? Same for Berts. So is that a wash?
Am I wrong?
I would love to hear some feedback before I make a decision on this.

Agreed! No deal! Alfie will perform at his consistent level for at least a few more seasons. Anytime in there he could be a good deadline deal player. You could get a great prospect or pick for Alfie. Keep Radulov though! He\'ll turn it around!

That is a deal I might have counteroffered on to upgrade Bert. I am very close to being convinced that Stastny is a phenom who bloomed late - like 1/2 way through last season. I could be very wrong but I think we will see that this kid is breathing the rare air of the elite.
