Jagr: Not even a sniff???

Please put me out of my misery, so I can drop this guy and move on.

I thought for sure he would at least have been approached or made some comment since July 1, but I haven\'t heard anything at all. Not even any speculation.

Any interest in him out there? Is it realistic to hang onto him and see what happens to the teams left out in the cold regarding free agents. Is he anyones \"plan B\" or is it a lock that he will simply stay put and honor his contract?

I promise, this is the last Jagr thread I will post.

The Oilers and Jagr had expressed in interest in working something out down the road, but Jaromir made it clear that he was fulfilling his contract this year. Good on him.

The only thing I heard was he\'s trying to get Nylander to play with him in the KHL for the year. Working something out with Wash. to make it happen. But we might see him back in the NHL come 10/11 season.

OK, thanks. I guess it is very safe to say that he will not be in an Edmonton or any other NHL jersey this year? For some reason, I hate to let him go just in case, but I sure don\'t want to hang onto him until next year.
