They\'re unrestricted free agents and the Pens don\'t intend to re-sign them.

My guess is that they\'l get between 2.5 - 3.5 depending on where they go. One or both may even reach $4 million if a team is desperate enough.(but I doubt it)

I don\'t know. I think interest in them is pretty low right now, considering their play this last season, especially in the playoffs. If either signs anywhere it\'ll probably be at a lower rate, I\'m thinking in the 2-2.5 range, if even that. I wouldn\'t be surprised if one or both sign outside of the NHL somewhere... but we\'ll see. Odds are they\'ll get picked up by a team or two that needs veteran wingers.

I\'m thinking that starting out last year on a virtually wingless Pittsburgh team, and having the opportunity of being handed a slot to play on a line with either Malkin or Crosby (or both), under two different coaches, ...and STILL not being able to produce enough to keep a spot in the lineup; is pretty much an indication that neither of those guys has the ability to really help an NHL team anymore.

They might get a call from someone who loses out in the free agent musical chairs game, and finds themselves desperately trying to fill a void for a scoring winger on the second line, ...but only if that team has no internal options, ...it would be a desperation move.

I think they\'re both KHL bound.
