Having G, A and P is redundant and odd. As far as your team goes, it is solid because of Crosby. You should do well in A. Getting Sykora is a plus as he could end up having a 40g season. Your team lacks goal scoring. Drop Hlinka for Peltonen. Your goalies are decent for 18 team deep league. I would also drop Ruutu for Ribiero.

yes, I was wrestling whether to put in GWG or Points, but GWG seems too random a stat. Will peltonen get more goals than Hlinka? I am counting on Hlinka to get 25 goals playing with stastny, is that too rosy? Goal scoring is pretty hard to come by in the waiver pool.

I\'d stick with Hlinka over Peltonen. Hlinka is looking good in Colorado & is really clicking.

The only change I would do is Ballard for Paetsch. Buffalo\'s offense is generated from the forwards not the defense. Phoenix\'s offense is generated by the defensemen. Paetsch is also a finesse style D-man, no PIM help there. Ballard plays yjr PP & with more of an edge which will help the PIMs.

If you are looking for mor PIMs Carcillo is a good choice. He will also help you on the scoring side as he is not one dimensional. Think Avery.

Ruutu is also a solid rotisserie guy when healthy. Keep him.

Carcillo helped me a lot at the end of the year last year and Dobber and I have been watching him a while. If he is anywhere close to what Dobber thinks he could be... watch out! Last year he looked like it. That is Avery value and in my yahoo league Avery was the 31st best player in rank! Sure, Carcillo would get more PIM (200+) but fewer pts (30ish). Still his preseason has been great and I\'m drinking the kool-aid. I like hlinka as well but I prefer Carcillo in a PIM league at this point. A rare breed!

You could use more PIM and he could take on anyone in that while not hurting you a lot in other cats potentially.

Thanks for all the help! I am concerned about Ballard\'s +/-, will ballard shoot on the PP? I think I need G,SOG more than anything, PIMs should be okay with Poti, paetsch, zidlicky, ruutu and semin all ~70+ PIM guys. Thinking about dropping someone for Cullen/Sillinger for G, and SHG help.
