i am -12 in d games but have markov/schnieder/gilbert/campbell/striet/havelid

so...do i do this, would you do this??

I would do this trade in an absolute heartbeat. Malkin is one of those players that has the potential to get you a legit 150 points every year. Now Backstrom is good but he is no where near that good. He is not going to have near as many goals and if he hit 100 consistantly, I would be surprised. Phanuef is a very good defensmen and he will get you some pretty decent numbers but now that he has been told not to fight and to keep his PIM\'s down, he has lost a lot of his value.

Make the trade RIGHT NOW

Got to think if all it costs you to get Malkin is Phanuef and Backstrom, I would jump all over it too.

Phanuef is a top 10 d-man, and Backstrom is creeping towards being a top 10 center, but Malkin is at worst the third best player in hockey...

Yes if your getting Malkin then do it. In just about every single situationw here you get one of the big 3 you come out ahead, though it must be said, this could possibly be the best type of deal for malkin that gets proposed.

I am not convicnedMalkinw ill ever, let alone consitently get 150pts. If he goes to say the Trashers with no Kovalchuk there does anybody honestlty think that will happen? He is able to score like this I think in part cause he isnt the centre of attention and plays the 2nd line.
