Is Atkins still the GM? Unfortunately yes. How Vogelbach lasted longer on this roster than Cavan Biggio is a mystery. Anyone who knows me knows I've never been a Biggio fan but he's better than Vogelbach. At least Biggio offered "some" versatility in the field but yet he was waived before Vogelbach. The decisions this management team has made over the past few years has been head scratching to call it mildly.
