people do confuse points only with point based scoring system which this appears to be.

Dahlin: Best offensive D outside of Makar probably and a healthy amount of PIM.
Fox: The PP points really help and with no peripherals, he jumps up the rankings.
Hughes: Lack of goals helps on this list but he's still a top-tier D
Hamilton: Without shots, his value is much lower and he's a tier below the other Ds on this list in my mind despite a strong +/-.
