Great pick on Kane

Last time I saw Patrick Kane go this late in drafts was way back when he was under investigation for sexual assault and I drafted him in some really late round... He played that full season and led the league in points by 17.

I wanted Pionk. Almost took him when I took Toffoli. Was hoping he would bounce back to me another round.

We are at the point of draft players with a short amount of hope they get back to better times. Ie. My last pick, Pionk, even Ehlers.

They feel pretty similar in terms of risk and upside. Nichushkin fits better for me in case Rantanen goes down with injury.

I'll try to remember that. Makes for a good question on preferred side -
Rantanen + Nichushkin vs Pastrnak + DeBrusk. For me it's a 50/50 and comes down to unpredictable circumstances.

Ultimately I figure DeBrusk has a better chance at getting more games in, which will tip the scale in his favour for this league
