What would you give up for a stronger chance at Bedard?

Hey folks,

16 Team Dynasty (in my sig), I'm in my final year of rebuild - honestly could be going for playoffs not but I was determined to wait till Bedard. Deadline day is today.


I've got 3 first round picks, 2 should be lottery (top 8) but one of them might drop into 9-16, the last will definitely be 9-16.

I've got an offer for a better pick, it would be one of these deals;

- my first (likely around 4-10% chance) + Mctavish >>>>> 1st (Likely 20% chance, at worst 10% but highly likely to be 20)
- my first (likely around 4-10% chance) + Kakko + Drysdale >>>>> 1st (Likely 20% chance, at worst 10% but highly likely to be 20)



Overall league standards (for teams that didn't make playoffs):
16th - 20% (200 Balls)
15th - 20% (200 Balls) (the pick I am trying to get)
14th - 20% (200 Balls)
13th - 15% (150 Balls) (another pick I have)
12th - 10% (100 Balls)
11th - 7.5% (75 Balls)
10th - 4% (40 Balls) (my current pick)
9th - 2% (20 Balls)

if you look at it 10% vs 20% i guess you see that its double the chance so i understand the attraction here....however its much more accurate if you look at it from the other way if you will...if you keep what you got, there is 90% chance you wont get him, if you make one of the moves there is 80% chance you wont get him...so you improving your chances by very slim margin. For what you need to get up to improve that chance slightly...not worth it at all

Unless you one of the incredibly few but fortunate souls that has had a horse shoe up your butt your whole life, pass. Way too much for crappy odds like that IMO.
