Barzal or Rakell

Worth the switch to have Crosby's winger? My team struggles with SOG, PIM, hits, and goals which Barzal doesn't really offer.

Could also add Kubalik, Jenner, Kunin

are we talking simply dropping barzal for rakell in a 1 year league or a trade .
