We both have a full team playing basically tomorrow with me having 2 more GP and then Friday (last day), I have 5 more.

I have room to add a D tomorrow and might add Brodin to get 2 extra GP as Minnesota is the only team to play B2B. I’ve been prepping for these finals for a long time and have 4 Wild players.

Should I add Brodin now and hope Minnesota’s PP gets going, or wait until the last day to see what I actually need category-wise for my final add?

With the lead and games played advantage you have I'd hold off and wait.

Yeah I'd lean towards wait and see what you need. You may even want to wait for a few of your opponents games to finish on the last day before you make your last strike, dependng on what you need and who's available.

I think I get back my Assists lead I had all week in the first 7 days of this 10 day final. That should be enough to get me back in the lead. PPP would be nice too.

He’s got Demko in Minny tonight, I have to go with Swayman in Pit and Delia in LA.

My roster has 571 assists (all year) playing tonight. His has only 460. Please, let me get just 3 more assists tonight than him. PPP, I have 278, he has 176. Can I get just one more PPP than him tonight?

Either way, we still have tomorrow and I have 9 players to his 4 playing…and I have my add still. He doesn’t.

notch4077 you have been very active on the boards planning towards this end goal. You’re in good shape. All that work should payoff unless your players pack it in early which is out of your control. As others have said, hold onto that move, wait and see what you need. Good luck .

What a night I had. All my players came through and flipped the matchup to 8-5 for me.

I got 7 more goals than him last night, 7 more assists, 14 more points and 4 more PPP. All the categories that were close, aren’t anymore.

I’ve got an 11-4 GP advantage tonight and as long as MacKinnon and Rantanen don’t have 6 point nights against Edmonton, I should be champion because I have Makar and he should also join in on any fun those two may have.

I think I will add Lehkonen for some Colorado insurance.

I think it is all but over.

I’m up 8-5 and the only two categories he can flip are Assists and PPP.

I’m up by 5 assists and by 3 PPP. He needs to beat me in both. Tying won’t help him.

Tonight, he’s got MacKinnon, Rantanen (if healthy), Eller and Sillinger.
I’ve got Kaprizov, Fiala, Hartman, BradyT, E.Kane, Kuraly, Makar, Bouchard, Middleton and Mayo.

I’ve also got an add that he doesn’t.

Last night was huge for me. Losing, and now, almost entirely safe.

Once I saw Fiala had 5 assists and the rest of my Minnesota squad was on fire again, I added Pacioretty (my opponent dropped him to make space). Maybe I get a 6th for him this offseason.
