Drop Elvis for Daws ROS? WILL REP

Not for league in sig. Clinging onto a playoff spot and am looking to potentially drop Elvis who has been brutal as of late for Nico who has been fairly impressive all things considered. Goalie cats are W, SV, GAA and SV%. Thoughts?

The only thing that would cause me hesitation is I expect Elvis to play more games than Daws, as he’s clearly the better goalie between he and Korpisalo. Daws is hot now, but shouldn’t Blackwood be back soon? I haven’t heard much on that. If he is, I imagine he’s going to take some starts away from Daws. I think I still do it, but just something to think about.

I think at best this is a a lateral move for you right now in that you will get more starts from Elvis of lesser quality, and higher quality but less starts in Daws. CBJ seem to find a way to win (albeit while still giving up a lot of goals), and Daws' situation in NJ is uncertain even though he looks decent. I'd go with the guy who is more guaranteed to get you starts and therefore more Ws and that's Elvis.

Man I actually like Daws more because he’s been better than Blackwood so I’m not worried when Blackwood comes back. I do see Elvis getting more starts though.

I think they give Blackwood a chance to take the crease when he gets back. NJ isn't fighting for playoff position so I don't think they'll go with the hot hand and would rather try to get Blackwood back in the swing of things.
