Are their positional requirements ?
Hey guys, looking for some advice on keepers. So I’m in a 9 team league with categories:
G - 3 pts
A - 2 pts
PPP - 1 pt
SHP - 2 pts
SOG, H, BLK - 0.5
We have four keepers, and i’m wondering which of the players listed in the title to keep. Thanks!
Are their positional requirements ?

All very worthy of keeping in a keep 4 so it’s tough to make the cuts. For me zibby and point are the first to go then it’s between Marner and Aho for the final cut. I think I’d cut Marner so I’d keep
Makar
Svech
Pasta
Aho
This is a very tough one. Makar is a no brainer for me. After that Marner and Aho would be my next choices. Both are young guys and consistently end up near the top of the league in points. I think I'm cutting Zib here so it comes down to Svech/Pasta/Point. I personally am taking Pasta here with your cats. So my keepers are:
Makar
Marner
Aho
Pasta

BN: R. Smith, Cozens, Sheary, Backstrom
IR: Skinner

This is about right to me but i might swap out aho for marner. I think Point and Zibanajed are a tier below. You cannot drop Makar. Pasta I think is a no brainer as well. I think any two of Marner, Aho, Svech as the last pair could be argued for but would probably go Svech....and probablyyyyy Marner just because the name value is there i think more going forward.

What are their points so far in your league?
Without that, Makar's a lock imo. Pasta is as well with g=3 and including points for sog. After that I'd want to get a stronger sense of total points each of these guys has in your league over the last year or 3.

I had to look close to realize hits is a 0.5 point category for you. maybe edit the OP to say "HIT" instead of "H". so G - 3 pts
A - 2 pts
PPP - 1 pt
SHP - 2 pts
SOG, HIT, BLK - 0.5
With those Categories, Svechnikov's value jumps enormously and Makar, who was already a no brainer, is even better. Svech averages 3.5 SOG and 2.25 hits per game. He will compile points even if he goes scoreless, and he is hot as heck right now.
Pasta averages 4.35 SOG per game.
Zibanejad and Point do not register as well on this scale. That leaves Marner vs Aho
Which is a coin flip for you. They are close enough in stats that you can decide if you want to stack 2 Carolina players or separate them. They are the exact same age and both on strong teams.
Based on their current stats on your scoring system.
Marner = 246 in 45 games
Aho = 265 in 50 games
Aho is an Iron man and rarely misses time. Marner has missed 5 games his rookie season, 11 games in 2019-20, and 9 games this year so far, but nothing truly worrisome.

I think Makar, Pasta, and Svech are locks given the sog and hits bonuses.
For me the 4th is between Marner and Zibs. Marner over Aho bc C is deeper.
Zibs performance this year is probably his floor, and his performance 2 years ago his ceiling.
I suspect his season 2 years ago and the second half of last season were probably the best Fppg stretches for any of these players. I’d probably roll the dice on Zibs myself.

Chiming in again.
Can’t go wrong with Makar, Pastrnak, Svechnikov.
That leaves Marner, Aho, point & Zibanejad. Try to package them into a better keeper than Marner, Aho, Zibanejad.
If you can’t pull that off, then I think it’s personal choice between Marner, Aho. I can see a case either way here.
Too many potential keepers and assets to improve those keepers is a nice problem to have.
Good luck.
