Should I trade my Vanek Whitney and Brind\'amour for his Kane and Pronger?

ITS A 1 YEAR H2H LEAGUE.

My +/- is horrible so I\'m looking to improve that. I already have lots of goals with Carter and Iginla so Vanek is tradeable. And I also lack defenceman so Pronger is a good addition.
