Looking at your signature, I'm curious how your roster works. Do you only score with a certain amount of forwards/D or do they all count when healthy?
Ive had Eichel stashed on IR since the draft and another owner wants to add him badly. How do you think Eichel will produce when he returns (i think he’ll be ion the ice by 2/1) and would you trade him before he returns? I know it will take him a while to get back up to speed but should I move now banking on the promise of his production? I was thinking of targeting Hedman and Kaprizov for Eichel and Raymond/Barbashev. Thoughts?

You truly don't know with his injury. He could return back at full force maybe after a few weeks of playing and be a great story, or struggle for the season. By all accounts he's a ridiculously determined athlete. Or, you could bank on what's guaranteed. If you go the latter route, a Hedman and Kaprizov for Eichel and Barbeshev deal would make sense. Keep Raymond. However, how satisfying would it feel to have stashed Eichel and then he leads your team to success in the last half of the season?

If positions don't matter and you count FOWs, I think I'd be holding as many centers as I could.

I completely agree with you on the benefit/satisfaction of keeping him after all of this time on my IR - its definitely a battle between certainty and the unknown

What if I go after Headman and Malkin?

What if I ask for Malkin and Hedman rather than Kaprizov?

Hedman and Kaprizov are more valuable even Eichel is healthy and in top form.
Trading him now is waste of time and his potencial value in future.
You may try Malkin, but I think you will get reject aswell. They are similar and Malkin is healthy now.
If you can get Hedman+Kaprizov for Eichel...do it 100% of the time.

Is there any way you could swing a trade for Makar? Eichel is elite when he is playing but he is frequently hurt, coming off a pretty major injury, and coming to a new team. His icetime will be less in Vegas vs Buffalo since Vegas actually has depth. Playing with Stone, Patches, Theo, etc may help counter his drop in icetime.
I would personally wait for him to get back and sell him after he starts to heat up. I would only sell him if I’m getting an elite D in return (looks like your D is your weakest point). Hedman and Kaprizov is tempting though.
