I would be receiving the Rielly side, and all are unlikely to be keepers for me so it’s mostly for this year only. Any advice would be great!

For me there's something to like about both sides but it doesn't move the needle enough for me to bother with it. Better off keeping what you have and waiting for something better.

Simply put while I like Guenzel over Boeser the difference between Carlson and Reilly is significant enough seriously negate the upgrade with the forwards in the deal. This is a pass for me.
