Imo Ehlers has the higher floor because he's usually more consistent than Fiala (who mostly struggles in the first half of the season).
But I'd say Fiala has the higher ceiling: Min has less offensive options than Wnp, so he should get more significant minutes. And then there's Rossi as his potential C now; playing with such a talented pivot is a luxury Fiala has never had... And maybe they load it up even more for some bits and play the trio of Kaprizov, Rossi and Fiala together - this could be dynamite.
Finally, I don't care all that much if Ehlers has the higher totals over the full season: in a playoff pool, I'd want the guy who's usually hot in the second half when it matters the most. So overall I'm leaning Fiala here (but call me biased because he's my countryman)...
