Position has been filled but we are currently debating and discussing the possibility of expanding the league to 15 players (1 more team) which would split the league into 3 division rather than 2 and making the scheduling less of a headache. To answer your previous question, a team is allowed to have the following
20 Active (4C - 4LW - 4RW - 6D - 2G) and 5 additional slots are allocated for the bench (Reserved).

a team also has 25 slots allocated for it's farm team (Prospects). The following conditions must be met to be minor eligible
- Have under 82 games played as a skater
- Have under 45 games played as a goalie
- Must be under contract by an NHL franchise

Matchups are weekly H2H with a max amount of players set for each position. Per week a team can play a maximum of 14C - 14RW - 14LW - 21D - 6G. Once the limit has been reached any players set in that position will not be accumulating points towards your weekly H2H Matchup.

To answer your actual current question, Prospect draft consists of 5 rounds, order set by a consolation bracket between the 4 bottom teams in the season standings, 1st place gets 1st pick, 2nd gets 2nd pick and so on. The remaining draft order is determined by league wide season standing meaning 1st place gets last pick and so on. Order is standard moving forward (Not snake ordered)

Sounds good. I’ve been I a cap league for 8 years, so I understand the ins and outs of salary cap leagues. I’ve just never been in a H2H league, so there will be a learning curve. But I’m definitely in!
