Fake Twitter Accounts

Just a heads up to those who like to jump and post signings on days like today, be wary of fake twitter accounts. They will make you look silly if you arent paying attention.

For example, this was shared by a few the other day

Along with Zack Hyman, it looks like TOR teammate Nick Foligno could be joining EDM as well on a 4 year deal with an AAV around 4-4.5 range when free agency opens on Wednesday.

Although it's hard to see at first, the real David Pagnotta's twitter handle is TheFourthPeriod. This one is TheFourthPerod. See the difference? No "i" in the fake "period". It's not easy and a lot of folks like to create these stupid fake handles to stir up crap and it works.

Anyway, just wanted to send you a little reminder to double check and watch for the blue check mark seal beside the originating tweeters name for authentication. All the big named guys who want to follow will have that.
