My quick thoughts

Semin
Pros: huge upside, plays on high scoring young team with Ovechkin and Backstrom
Cons: injury risk

Spezza:
Pros: reliable point producer, plays with Heatley, Alfie
Cons: Ottawa is terrible and injury risk

kinda tough. they both have a history of being injured for small chunks of seasons.

no W/C breakdown in your league, so that doesn\'t come in to play.

the goals category might make me lean towards Semin, but Spezza has more upside and has put up big points before.

i would take Spezza.
