Just wondering what everyone\'s thoughts are on this guy moving forward...
On pace for over 90 this year, He\'s only cracked 80 once before and has been more of a 50 -60 point guy the rest of his career, so my question is, has he finally broken out?
He is only 29 and it does take some guys a while to develop...Do you see this type of production continuing or should I sell high on him?

im an owner as well.. i really dont see him slowing down at all.. he just looks like he has more jump to his step this year... the new style of san jose\'s offense will keep marleau around the 80 point plateau... he plays with joe thornton and plays in all situations.. i dont see him slowing down.

His potential was stifled under Wilson, and you would have seen good production last year had he not been battling an injury all year long, and had he not been in Wilson\'s doghouse so often.

He\'s a guy who\'s good for a point per game, and is capable of more if he has a good year.

I don\'t see him backing off - I think he sticks with JT especially since it looks as if Pavelski is coming back to carry the 2nd line.

I think what you see is what you get - if you trade him he has to be on the books for at least a PPG

I picked up Marleau off waivers earlier this year when Briere went on the IR (the first time) and he has been nothing but spectacular.

I also do not see him dipping below point per game value. I have been approached by 2 other GM in my league this week...that is usually a good indicator others see value in the player and could expect him to be a good asset for our keeper league.

If you are going to sell high, do not be afraid to ask for a very good return. The worst that can happen is you keep him!

    (From a D&D perspective)
He\'s a 70-75 pts guy but Thornton gives +15 to each wings. High-end fantasy player as long as he plays in SJ.
