Walker put up sub 2ERA across 26+IP with the Jays. Honestly, for the price of Walker and likely Paxton, they would be great #3/#4 guys. They can get both for roughly 20mill total. Not bad at all.
I personally don't think Jays get Bauer now, seems like Mets will do too much to get him right now.
For RPs there's still Colome, Robertson, Melancon, Kennedy, Doolittle, and Kela are there. They should get 1 of them. And they need a LHP still (doolittle is LHP)
I'd be fine with Walker as a 3-5 starter but I am not interested in Paxton. I just dont trust the elbow to hold up and the depth of the rotation isn't strong enough to risk signing injury concerned players. Now that I've said this, Paxton will be the next signing, and for too much I am sure. I wouldnt pay him much more than what Ray got, unless it's incentive driven.
