As the title says its a points only keeper league. Goals and assists are both worth 1 point each. Players that were drafted this year and players currently not owned are who we can draft. If we think he has a legit shot at PP1 then Id be all over it but if at best hes gonna be pp2 and only produce 25-30points I wouldn't have much use for him (The Dobber guide has him getting 21pts in 50gp with no pp1 or pp2). Thank you for the responseOriginally Posted by ridethesnow

Lehtonen has the best opportunity to become something that you can trade if he booms out of the gate. Everyone else is multiple years away.

What are the keeper rules?
Lehtonen is the only one I expect to do anything this year or next.

There's no way I'm taking Lehtonen here. I'd rather take a flyer on Chinakov or Mercer than a bottom pairing D who we know won't get top billing in Toronto.

It's a 9 team points only...rosters must be down to 50 players by the following season. No restrictions on how many vets or prospects each team can carry

I feel that Lehtonen has a legit shot at PP2. Thing is, most of those prospects will be unowned if Lehtonen doesn't turn out to be useful, and you'll know soon. That assumes you can grab them off waivers.
