Ughhhhh!!! Just when you thought, Colorado was back in business. Boom goes the dynamite!!! Rantannen is proving himself to be a serious liability in my opinion. I love his offensive upside and think he's great but daaang!! Stay out of the hospital, Miko!
I'm surprised this hasn't made the rounds more. I only went looking for more info because of an offhand mention in a recent Athletic article mentioning the injury wasn't as bad as initially feared.

Despite initial claims of clavicle fx for Mikko Rantanen, reports now indicate clavicle intact (no fracture). No surgery needed. Still out for “weeks”. No mention of AC joint. By mechanism, remains suspicious for AC joint injury. Less likely involves a shldr dislocation. #NHL

It’s not a bruised shoulder in my opinion. I believed he has a separated shoulder and they often do not need surgery, just have to let them heal and rehab
