I really like this deal in a keep 6 for you. I think you get an upgrade on both your guys ROS, and chances are you'll be able to move Kessel in the offseason to a team looking for a top end RW keeper and re-coup the pick downgrade - essentially losing nothing.

Depends how long Dumba is out and if Tank stays in the tank. You should win the Kessel part. Think the deal may end up being a saw off by seasons end, with the Kessel side haveing a little edge, so you improved without losing any keepers.
