I'm not super enlightened with dynasty leagues but I don't think it's veto worthy. Team one gets the better goalie and players and I'm guessing team 2 is really hoping for a first overall in the upcoming drafts. Team 1 wins the trade but veto? I'm not there. I don't see it as a collusion issue (nothing mentioned) or bringing the league into disrepute because of the unbalance.
Set roster weekly in H2H (Mon to Sun) - 16 Teams - start 6F, 3D, and 1G per week - Keep 2
Points: 2 G / 2 A / 1 PPG / 1 PPA / 1 Hat Trick / 1 SHG / 1 SHA / 1 GWG - 3 Goalie Win / 2 Goalie Loss in SO or OT / 5 goalie SO
Forwards:
C. McDavid, N. Kucherov, R. O'Reilly, J. Schwartz, J. Toews, J. Huberdeau, T. Toffoli, M. Granlund
Defense:
B. Burns, J. Klingberg, R. Josi, J. Slavin
Goalie:
J. Binnington
IR (2 max):
Veto if there is evidence of collusion, if not let the owners learn from their mistakes
This one will be impossible to evaluate.
I've been in leagues where goalies like Rinne are so coveted that a trade with a marquee goalie is always the winning side.
I've been in leagues where high-draft picks are so coveted that a trade with a top 5 picks is always the winning side.
League settings & supply/demand will dictate this one.
Generically, two Top 4 picks in back-to-back years... yeah, that's the side for me.
I think it's a pretty even trade.
Putting my dynasty hat on:
Rinne = Howard
Rinne has the skill and team over Howard.
Rinne has got what a year maybe two in him, whereas howard should have 3 or 4.
2019 1st = Buchnevich
Young budding talent for young budding talent
Pick is a gamble and so is Buch
Roy & 2020 1st < Kahun & Gambrell & Dermott & 2020 2nd
This one to me is more quantity over quality, but who knows what those picks turn into.

This is not vetoable. Anyone who tried to veto this in my league would be laughed at.
I agree... a trade of this magnitude should not be vetoed unless there is collusion.
I would be some upset if this was my trade and it got vetoed.
Have you asked each side to explain the reasoning on the vote?
Vetoland? What are you talking about? This is up for review and veto? What help do you need with? I'm not sure I understand the question exactly?
Intial quick thoughts...
- Rinne will help any team this year.
- Draft picks help in a few years
- Until now Jimmy Howard has been next to impossible to trade for YEARS!
- Whole bunch of youth in there where the vaule lies in the eye of the beholder. Prospect roulette.
- I said... "God damn this tablet is heavy!"
Now that you know the vetoes are coming... can you please explain to us your thoughts? And why you feel it should get vetoed?

Especially if either of those top 4 end up being the #1 pick and the guy gets Hughes and/or LAfreniere
Q1 - There's a history with the GM giving up the 1st rounders of making bad deals. Often on the wrong side of them. This is not the first of vetoed deals he has been involved with. When his name shows up in a deal, several GM's are close to clicking veto before viewing the deal.
I am on the Rinne side, and have in the past landed on the right side of deals with said GM. Mind you, this has been the case with several deals in the past with various other GM's (Stamkos - Boedker, Fiala and a keep 10 redraft 1st - a couple years ago - with a different GM, mind you as an example - that went through)
Q2 - His team isn't the strongest. Unlikely he lands a top 2 pick. We run a consolation bracket. 12 vs 9, 10 vs 11 - winners play off for #1, 2 picks - losers playoff for 3, 4 picks.
