The Soilers need to not shit the bed for once and pick up Wisniewski as soon as the bell goes off. Veteran right-shot who has been a pretty good 2-way D over his career. A Wisniewski-Sekera top pair would be adequate, Larsson and Klefbom (or Nurse) on 2nd pair, Nurse/??? 3rd pair, all of the sudden you arent wanting to vomit in your mouth a little when you look at the Soilers D corps.

Personally, I dont think it's worth the risk. Why use up cap space and one of their 50 contracts on a guy who's probably barely going to play. Let someone else take the risk.

Yeah, at this point it's starting to look like the only way Shatty moves is at the deadline, and at that point only if STL isn't looking at having a long playoff run. Might just be more likely he signs an extension. I can't see anyone being too sad about keeping your #1 dman.

I still can't believe they couldn't find ONE team willing to pay more than Adam Larsson. I mean, of course Larsson is an ok defenceman but Hall was one of the best wingers in the game at the time of the trade.
