Konecny - 65-70 point upside. Played very well on the top line as a sophomore.
Buch - 60ish point upside.
Domi - at this point, if he hits 60 it should be considered a success.
Donato - 50-55 point upside, with maybe an outlier of 60.

I think Domi is closer to Donato than to Buchnevich. It's never good when a team considers trading a player so that he could get a fresh start somewhere else. Those cases don't usually work out too well. However, Donato's upside is limited due to him being lower down on the Bruins' depth chart. Gonna be hard to sniff PP time there.

I'd agree with pretty much all of this. the one addition would be - if Buchnevich can put his fitness together and really get serious he's got 70+pt upside. So far I feel like he's been getting by just on talent. if he fully commits - he'll be at another level

Does the trade change things? I'm really having a time deciding now. I'm almost tonthe point where DStrome is the odd man out but it is entirely possible he and Galch get paired if they play Galch at wing...but sounds like he will get looked at at c

Strome still has good upside I guess but I'm personally not sold, I'd prolly rank him more or less the same as Donato but still behind Konecny/Buch/Domi imo.

This is a very interesting list for me. I am an owner of Buchnevic, Konecny, D Strome, and I was an owner of Domi, but traded him for Vatanen at the end of last season.

I will go:

Konecny
D Strome
Buchnevic
Domi
Donato

Konecny looked great during the second half last season. I am a bit worried about Buchnevic, and if the right deal came along, I would probably move him. Hopefully the coaching change will help him out. It seemed he could never get out of AV's doghouse. I am optomistic about Strome. His play during his call up at the end of the season was encouraging, but I have offered him in trade for Pulock.
