I'm going with Tkachuk in a multi-cat setup like yours. Power winger looks like a nice fit for your squad.
Tkachuk
Wahlstrom
Thomas (since you say you are stacked at C)
G/A/PPP/Hits/SOG/PIM/FOW
All 2018 eligible and undrafted 2017 that haven't played an NHL game are available.
Assuming 1 - 3 are Dahlin, Zadina and Svech... who do I take at 4? Currently I am thinking Wahlstrom, but Tkachuk and R. Thomas (STL) are giving me pause. How would you rank these 3?
I have a very young roster and am quite deep at C.

I think I like Tkachuk as well. Then I'm teetering on the fence toward Whalstrom. Thomas would fall into 3rd for me (but all fairly close).
Multi-cat set up does favour Tkachuck though as Glatt said.
With SOG, I'd lean towards Wahlstrom. He'll give you more goals as well. Tkachuk gives more hits and PIM but I think those are easier to find elsewhere.
On the other hand, Thomas is a really good option as well. I might put him between Wahlstrom and Tkachuk because of FOW.
I'm in the same spot as you and i think Tkachuk is the pick here as well
Tkachuk is gonna be a multicat beast. He'd be so dang tempting in that spot but I think I'd go Whalstrom. Elite goal scoring volume shooters are hard to come by and I think he's that. Tkachuck in that format, I think is the safest pick but if whalstrom lands in a place like Chicago look out. Thomas is the odd man out for me of the three.
Edit: Sorry it double posted.

I just think the upside on Wahlstrom is worth passing periphs. at #4 - that's who I take

Thanks for the responses. Was hoping it wouldn't be so split, but you guys are echoing my internal debate. Have been swapping Wahl and Tkachuk back and forth constantly
I also own Matt Tkachuk so uniting the brothers would be amusing.
I have repped who I can (need to spread it around).
I'd go Wahlstrom here
Hey JP a bit off topic but who do u see as the highest upside players in this years draft beyond the top 5. Swing for the fences types. Boom or bust. Thanks
If you've bought Dobber's 2018 Fantasy Hockey Prospects Report and check out my Top 50 list, you can see that I'm pretty high on Kravtsov, Denisenko and Bokk.
Obviously Ryan Merkley is the ultimate boom or bust option this year, though.
Walhstrom for me too...
