Houston isn't getting Lebron. Paul already has said he's getting nothing less than Max deal, so no way can they afford Lebron, Harden, Capela, and Paul.
Toronto is getting an interview. Likely one of the first ones too. Toronto since Masai has been there has actually gotten interviews with some top FA recently (Durant, Aldridge, and someone else I forget). 75% chance at an interview, 0.5% chance at signing.
I think Toronto has a higher chance at signing Lebron than a lot of teams actually, but it's really a 3 team battle at this point. Philly (cap space and the roster), Lakers (only if they PG13 too), and Cleveland (because his family).
