And has the Czech named their Olympic Roster yet?

34 games short. Mesier was like 11 games short of the record then he retired. I think it's safe to say the all time games played mark will stay with Howe for quite some time.

I hope you are right! I was glad to hear that Jagr was heading back to Czech... he was getting to close.

Who is the next player to to play an extended period and challenge this record? Ovy? I could see him wanting to play into his 40's....
