The more info you give us the better answer you'll get. Number of keepers, stats, etc.
With just the names, I'll go Gronk just for the upside.
Please pick one for the next 2-3 years

Gronk. In general, EBs point matters, but in this instance it does not. Gronk. Always Gronk. always Gronk.
Another vote for Gronk.
10 Team, Points Only, Cash League
25 Man Roster (no position), top 20 point getters count at end of month
Keep 20/25 at seasons end, Cut 5 to FA for redrafting
Goalie points W=2pt L=-1pt SHO=2pt

Another spike here for Gronk.

Welcome to the forums.
I agree with Eskimo Brother's comments.... we need a bit more information to make sure we get you the best answer.
Example, If Gronk has to be kept as a 2nd round pick, but you can keep Ertz as a 11th round pick then it makes things a bit different.
If all things are equal, Gronk is the better player to keep for the next 2-3 years....
but if it is my example above, I would rather keep Ertz as an 11th rounder than Gronk as a 2nd rounder.

Thanks again
Gronk. Gronk. Gronk. He's a game changer. Ertz is not.
