Nothing wrong with scooping him up short-term but have your next guy in mind for whenever Stewart falls off the cliff
So he has gone and quietly put up 6 pts in 4 games this year. With the rash of injuries Minny has just sustained there could be some decent ice time up for grabs. He seems to be benefitting from whatever his situation is there right now, would he be worth taking a chance on, even for the short term? He is at a great contract for this type of production this year for cap leagues. If it cost relatively nothing to grab him, does anyone recommend doing so? Straight points league, goals and assists.

Yeah, looking at him for an ir replacement, definitely not looking at him long term.
The Wild don't play again until next Friday, so they might get some of their injured players back by then.
I would stay away. Only if you are desperate for games and have unlimited moves maybe you can try him out.
As mentioned, I think he's worth picking up until he goes cold and you don't have to drop anyone of any value to make room for him. He's a short term fix at best.

Not sure, from what I’ve read, whether any will be back within the week tbh JP
Experience is the teacher of all things.
Just grabbed him as an IR pickup myself. He will come back to earth pretty hard as Minnesota gets healthy, but he's a fine short term add.

Who else is available on the wire? Do you pay for moves? May be worth it to invest in more of a long term fix than a short term fix. I hate playing the hot guy, especially a guy like Stewart, because someone else who has a better upside may not be available after he inevitably cools off.
Get ready to dump him as soon as someone comes back from injury. He's like fantasy team kryptonite.
