Shipachyov and Galchenyuk Drop for FA
To start, I am in a league with four moves allowed per season. Brutal, I know. It's a points league that scores an extra point for PPG and SHG.
I drafted both Shipachyov and Galchenyuk and am now wondering if I should use a move and pick someone up from free agency.
I consider myself a patient owner and I have considered waiting through the weekend and even a bit longer if any news comes out about Shipachyov / if Galchenyuk gets out of the current doghouse he's in.
That said, available FAs:
Namestnikov - obviously in a great position right now to succeed and put up solid point totals
Sonny Milano - apparent talent, top 6 role (though maybe not secure?), but a little concern with the TOI and 2nd PP
Stastny - playing great to start the season, though I have been a frustrated owner historically with his injury history
Brassard - top line with Stone and Ryan, but not the top PP if I'm correct,
Steen - Top six role return and top PP return??
Bratt - Hot start but limited NHL history / consistency record?
Vrana - not seeing the minutes I don't think to really make this worth it with such limited moves
Andrighetto - nice story to start the season, and nice productivity that extends back to last season after his trade to the Avs, just not a believer here.
I'm thinking Namestnikov is the move to go here, if a move at all? What do you think - move or no move, and who for who?
Thanks!
