Fiala for me. He looks like he can carry his own line. Connor looks like he's going to be carried by whoever is on the second line with him.

I'll amend mine because I don't know if I properly read the question the first time. Fiala this year, but long term it's closer, and I may lean towards Connor.

Fiala for this year, Connor long term. (Apparently, the later has been struggling a bit this preseason, so I wouldn't be surprised if he was sent down.)

Kyle Connor may be pointless so far in the preseason, but he's been playing very well and had some bad luck to this point. I watched a couple of the Jets preseason games that he's played in and he's was easily one of the better Jets players during those games.
