I would keep Kuch. He wont last the round.
League in sig. I drfat 10th position in a 10 team league snake draft. As one of my four keepers, I could keep one of these two guys in exchange for my first round pick. I don't think Malkin is worth it; in fact, I'll probably be able to draft him at pick #11 if I want. But Kucherov probably won't make it to pick #10.
I haven't figured out all my keepers yet, but I don't think I have four others so strong that I couldn't use my first rounder this way.

If you had to pick only one of them then for reasons of age, ability to stay healthy and position scarcity (since it's possible they post similar stat lines in your category setup), I'd go with Kucherov. I'm slightly biased as a Kuch owner, but you're right in that there's absolutely no way he makes it to #10 overall; depending on who else is made available he might go #1 and he could easily finish the next few seasons as the top RW both in real life and in just about any fantasy format. He's the best keeper you have.
10-team keeper, H2H points. Keep 5 (previous season's in bold), one must be D or G.

I would keep Kucherov. I doubt he'd still be available at 10. Keep Kucherov. I bet there's 3 or 4 GMs who still hopes you're making him available.

Well, players drafted or kept in the first round can't be kept, so almost all the usual suspects for 1st round picks will be available (except Holtby, I think). For the same reason, I won't be able to keep either of these two players again for 2018-2019. I guess what I'm wondering is how much better will Kucherov be than whoever I could draft at #10 anyway. I think I'll keep Eric Staal for my 17th round pick and Gaudreau for my 5th round pick. Not sure about my 10th round pick (#91), but I might keep Werenski. I think Werenski will just barely be a top 20 D in my league, and so might slip to #91.

both are worth a first round pick. Yes Malkin has injury problems but there is no denying his dominance when on the ice plain and simple. Not many can challenge for scoring title healthy, he is one of them. Kucherov took another step and do not see Stamkos as inhibitor to his production in fact at this point I fear Kuch shooting more than Stammer.

Kuch and I'd keep Gaudreau, werenski, and Guentzel to go with him. He almost certainly won't be available 10th overall and I don't think you're going to get a better player with the 10th pick.
