I would do it, you receive 4 relevant PP contributors that can score goals (which your league favors).
Also depends on how deep is your league and what are your needs
Been offered a pretty enticing trade. Is as follows
I give: Scheifele, S Reinhart, McDonagh and drop (Kreider)
I receive: Simmonds, Arvidsson, B Schenn and PK Subban
Big fan of Schifele but is this enough? League details below
12 team points league (14F, 7D, 3G) Keep 1 G and choice of 8F/5D or 9F/4D.
G-2pts, A-1pt, Def G- 2pts, GWG- 3 pts, PPP- 1pt, SHG-2pts
Edit: one side note, Dmen are extremely valuable in this league so even the upgrade from McD to PK is big

Not sure I would do it. Scheifele is the best player in the deal, and you'd have to also give up burgeoning Reinhart; a guy who may see minutes alongside Eichel. I'd want more...
Bottleneckers (12/16 in 2022)
16 team, points only. G: 2-W, 4-SO.
Top 9F, 4D & 1G . Keep 15, Max 23

D: Bouchard, McAvoy, Morrissey, Heiskanen
G: Vasilevskiy
No don't do this trade
Yeah, I'm not sure. The value of Simmonds and Schenn are tied to hits and to a lesser extent for Schenn, PIM. In a league that doesn't count PIM or HIT, I think I would keep what you have.
My initial reaction was no because of the setup not having hits and PIMs (two categories that Simmonds and Schenn excel at) but all things considered, Simmonds is a pretty damn good player in a goal heavy setup as well. His last four seasons saw him score 29, 28, 32, and 31 goals respectively. That's consistency right there.
Brayden Schenn OR Arvidsson could replace Reinhart as well. Then you upgrade your D here.
I'd do this deal.
10 Team, Points Only, Cash League

G- Vasilevskiy, Sorokin, Oettinger

Bump
Would like a few more opinions since their seems to be a split. Thanks to those who have commented so far.
IDK - you say "defensemen are incredibly valuable"... I suppose I don't quite get that.
An extra 2pts for a D-goal... this is what I see - but how many more goals will Subbban score over McD?
Or is the positional allocation that gives D-men a bump.
I see Scheifele and Reinhart as the two best (young) players in the deal.
I like Simmonds, but I do worry a day is coming in the future where his ability to bang and finish in front for PHI comes to an end.
I'd rather have the long-term play of two incredible young playmakers.
And those wingers in WPG... mmmm... hard to pass up all the token tough points Scheifele will get just from being a C1.
I pass... and I really like Subban, its super-tempting... but I still think you are giving up best two players for long-haul.
Try getting someone that is a little bit more of a scorer than Schenn. As it is right now I say no, but it is very close.

Yeah, I probably say no - but like others have said, it's a good offer. Dropping Kreider is a loss - he's a 25 goal scorer. In a non-hit league, Kreider isn't too far off Schenn in value.
Remove Schenn and Reinhart and it gets done: Simmonds (who is a stud in your league) + Arvidsson for Scheifele (then swap the d-men if necessary.)

Appreciate the comments. I was leery of the offer to begin with as was he with losing Subban. Thanks and rep for the comments.
Hate losing MS here, but I think I too would do this deal. All solid contributors going forward and as mentioned, power play contributors.
Hockey Pools? Too many to mention. Points only, salary cap and dynasty.
No to the deal, Schiefs is best player trending up, if you have to drop Kreider, how does it help to bring in 4. But we are Jet fans so take with a grain of bias.

I agree with the rest - you should get a bump on Schenn, and man... there must be a better drop option than Kreider (I'd rather him than Schenn). Can you remove Schenn & Simmonds & get a bump on a better F? make it 3-3? it would really suck if you dropped Kreider to make room and he scoops him
