remember my question regarding the flyers' goalie prospects that I posted last month. you said you'd get to it in this month's mailbag.
also curious to hear fantasy projections for Nolan Patrick and nico hischier. what kind of numbers should we expect from them in their prime? craig button just compared Patrick to getzlaf and eric staal - I know he's really high on Patrick, but what do most scouts see as a proper comparison for him and hischier?
I too had a question that you couldn't answer last month because you had already reached your word count and asked if you could answer it this month. Hear is a copy/paste of the question :
"Thanks for doing this, it's much appreciated!
Every year there seems to be at least one prospect projected to go in the first round that is very polarizing, some scouts seeing him go early, some others later or even in the second round. Who (if there are any) would be this year's polarizing players and what are your own thoughts about them?"
On a fantasy hockey break.
Good stuff all around! Fret not, I've got those questions from last month all dialed up for this mailbag.
Keep em coming people!

I've got Ekblad, Hanifin and Chychrun as my 'new guard' in my keeper team and am wondering which ones you see as becoming more 'real' hockey relevant (25-35 points) than fantasy relevant (40+ points).

Here's another:
Danny O'Regan is having a very good rookie season in the AHL. Do you think he plays in the NHL next year? What is his upside?
16 Team Dynasty

Rebuilding... Roster is too embarrassing to show QQ
Anthony Deangelo...is he Kris Letang or M.A. Bergeron...i've heard both extremes.
I might have to make a keeper choice in the off season, in which case;
Would you protect Deangelo over Oliver Eckman Larsson, Torey Krug, or Justin Faulk? I know chances are he isn't going to outproduce them next year but is his upside higher then any of them?

What on earth happened to Henrik Sameulsson?
- I said... "God damn this tablet is heavy!"
find it hard to deny the offensive talent considering the numbers he is putting up in juniors but keep hearing about how Alex DeBrincat is either gonna be a stud or bust, which do you see him as & how long before he cracks the Hawks lineup if he does?
