Definite no's. As has been stated.
The first deal you give up the best player by a mile and a potential no 1 goalie for two tier 2 forwards. This would be a terrible mistake. Keep Seguin!
The second deal you arguably give up the best 2 players for 1. Personally I'd rank kopitar over JVR and then Reimer is probably no 3. Definite no as well.
I know you're stacked at goalie (actually your whole team is stacked, you must be in a small league or something) but you can do better.

Hell no. Back away from the keyboard. Cease all discussions with that OGM. Every offer he has sent you stinks.
I am wondering if perhaps you are a bit of a novice and the OGM knows this and is attempting to take advantage of it. Your team looks like a winner and I dont see any good reason to make any major moves that might threaten your inevitable victory. Reimer and a depth forward for a 3rd G upgrade might be a deal, or upgrades at LW, but nothing that costs you anything major.

No don't make the new deal either. Like Doug Glatt, I don't see why you are trying to get Perry. Your team doesn't need a big shakeup.
