    What's the formula for the green bars? Is it that the more approvals you get the more green bars you get? If that's the case then I guess I'm popular with those who don't have a lot of rep power.

    I think so - I repped someone the other day and they went from 0 to 5 right away.

    Well I just bumped you up as an experiment and yeah you got your rep power based on your longevity as well. It's too bad, a lot of people like yourself who previously had rep power didn't have any after the changes to the system.

    Click "Settings" at the top right corner of the page and it will give you a list of people who repped you and what their comments were.

    Side note: I probably shouldn't care about rep, but I hate it when people say "I agree with BreadMan" or quote something I said and express agreement, but then don't rep. lol

    I guess it is kind of like clapping after a song when watching live music at a bar but then not tipping...
