Saros will give you about one game a week. His peripherals should be good.
Mrazek will give you more starts, and therefore more wins, but likely weaker peripherals.
With Lundqvist/Raanta, Bishop, and Budaj, I think that you have enough starts there that, honestly, I don't think that you need either. Gun to head, in a H2H matchup, I'd rather have the guy who I feel more comfortable with protecting my peripherals. Give me Saros.

Agree with Tobias as not sure why you are adding another goalie and TBH depending what you are looking for dictates who you add but he covers that off too
