I like Carlson here. He's set up with a better chance for offensive success playing in a better situation running the PP in Washington with Backstrom and Ovy.
Ever since Green left his upside has taken off. He's got a 40 point floor and 60 point ceiling, I think. Mind you, that ceiling is if all the stars align. Right now, Trotz has WSH built defence first, so he might be hanging somewhere in between his floor and ceiling.
After transforming into an all-around shutdown dman, Doughty is closer to a ~40 point floor and ~50 point ceiling if things go well for him and the Kings.
I like Carlson's offensive upside more.

Carlson for me. LA focuses to much on defense to really have any player, especially a d man, rack up the points. Doughty has a 50 point ceiling while Carlson is closer to 60 IMHO.
