Are those the 2 best teams? The goaltending seems pretty bad on both of them for a 7 team league.
Do I have a chance against these teams? (Points only) Or should I continue my rebuild (team in sig)

In a 7 team league... I think you have another year to wait! Sorry!
Biggest concern is Hellebuyck... need to make sure he is getting a decent percentage of starts to beat other teams in league.
It's close, with some nice development you could place first out of them. There are some question marks though, especially with the goalies as others said.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
I never just surrender. I've seen teams reel off a seemingly insurmountable lead, only to suffer some key injuries in late January and get passed by a (on paper) weaker team.
You have a good team, and while it may not be quite as strong on paper as the other two, you should still be within striking distance should injuries beset your opponents.

2014-15, 2016-17 MHL Champions!
Don't forget it's a salary cap league
My feeling is that team 1 wins because his D is the best (each point is worth 1.5)
The thing with Hellebuyck is that he costs only 950k
Thanks for the encouragement! I changed all but 4 players, so I got caught with a few left overs which, if I decide not to go for the win this year, I would trade for prospects that have a good chance of making me win next year..
For example: I could drop Pageau and Versteeg and pick up Dubois and A.Nylander
Drop Yandle (6.4m!!) to get Honka or Pulock or Montour or Theodore, etc..
