If I had the option in my league, I might gamble with Lehner. From all accounts, this is the hardest he's worked in the offseason that I have seen reported, could come through on the projections bestowed upon him earlier in his career. High risk/high reward with him.
It's between him and Talbot for me.

Talbot is the safe bet
Lehner has the most potential for improvement this year, if he can stay healthy
Varlamov I see as being the backup of a non-playoff team by the end of the season
