This is vague since we have no idea who will be there. At 20th or 21th I'd probably target a goaltender and this seems to be a 10 team league so always go BPA. You should aim at winning every year.
Hey guys, In my second keeper league I drew 1st pick out of 10 people. This is a new league and obviously I'm taking McDavid, but my next two pick aren't till the 20th and 21st. There's gonna be a lot of good players gone. How should I draft these next two picks? Should I target a keeper? Or the best available? Providing Pujujarvi isn't taken should I select him? What would you do? As always thanks gentlemen.

Puj should not be considered a 2nd round pick in a 10 team league. You can wait on him.
Grab another stud forward and snag a goalie in those next two picks at 20,21.
How many keepers do you get to keep? That plays a lot into it.
Burns, Giroux, Perry, Kuzy, Karlsson, malkin, subban, couture, kopitar, panarin, kucherov, backstrom, kessel, neal.
Bishop, Quick, Price, Jones, Schneider, Gibson.
I’d shy away from centers with the second pick if you have McDavid. Centers are going to drop so much this yr because of lack of dual position guys.
So now you pick between:
Burns, Perry, Karlsson, Subban, Panarin, Kuckerov, Kessel, Neal.
I’d remove Perry, Kessel and Neal from that list personally.
Burns, Karlsson, Subban, Panarin, Kucherov.
Depending on stats, these are my targets:
Price, Schneider, Karlsson, Kucherov, Subban. I don’t think Burns and Panarin are worth the 2nd rounders they cost.
My first three picks would be, McDavid, Karlsson, Schneider/Price.

I wouldn't want to get my first goalie at the 40th/41st picks so one of your two at 20/21 needs to be a tender.
Yahoo League #1 - H2H Keep 21
[F] Tkachuk, Barkov, A Svechnikov, Kaprizov, DeBrincat, Scheifele, RNH, Suzuki, Laine, Kakko, Cozens
[D] Makar, Hughes, Nurse, Chabot, Byram
[G] Hart, Shesterkin, Lehner, Helle
Yahoo League #2 - H2H Keep 22
[F] MacKinnon, Guentzel, DeBrincat, EP40, Gaudreau, Barzal, Hughes, Laine, Garland, Norris, Batherson, Farabee

[G] Nedeljkovic, Smith, Gustavsson, Murray
Goalies going in the 40s:
Lundy, Rinne, Allen, Luongo, Rask (65), Duby (67)
D:
Buff, Letang, Doughty, OEL
RW:
Wheeler, Simmonds, Mackinnon (52)
LW:
Max Pac, Hall, Forsberg (50).
C:
Backstrom, Bergeron, Eichel, Thornton, Barkov, Monahan, Scheifele.
With your 40s pick, I’d go for MacKinnon (C, RW) if you can. He’s a great keeper pick. And with the goalies available with the 40s pick, Allen is the only one I like. I like OEL for D. So you can lock down your keeper D if you go Karlsson with your 2nd/3rd pick and OEL with your 4th/5th pick. Eichel (if available) with the 4th/5th would make you have a great 1-2 punch at center. But I doubt that happens.
So with who might drop to Center with your 4th/5th pick, I again say I wouldn’t pick a center.

So much plays into these picks. What's league setup? Scoring?
Also you should check back with 2 picks before yours. Taking a stab at who will be available is close to impossible. Very good chance a goalie run happens or doesn't which would and should away how you pick
But as said before I would look for a goalie with one of those picks and then bpa (but not center).

with your keepers you are in need of a goalie badly
considering you will need 2 of them, you might seriously consider taking 2 back to back at 40 and 41, because things could get dicey by pick 60
Consider Sim Hockey because guys who play shutdown minutes, deflect shots and clear creases build championships. Yet in fantasy they litter the unwanted UFA lists.
I would aim for best goalie available at the very least. But I agree with donpaulo I would go back to back goalies
With your next 2 picks it should be best goalie available and best skater and in general BPA for all picks and let the positions sort themselves out later.

As others have mentioned, it's hard to give a solid answer without knowing who's actually been drafted at that point. Hard to argue with the BPA train of thought though. That's where the differing opinions will come in and the real discussion needs to be focused on. It's easy to say draft a goalie at this point, but if no goalies are gone then you can go one of two ways; start the train or stay the course with everyone else and keep going with the skaters. Every draft flows differently so to direct you one way or the other at this stage is premature.
Good choice with McDavid at #1 and no I wouldn't even be looking at Puljujarvi that early. At that point, that I do know.
