My league incorporated this wins pool for $2 buy in so I did a quick calculation based on the two different groups and included an average for between the two:
Tier I Tier II Average Av pick Arizona Green Bay Green Bay 2 Carolina New England Arizona 2 Green Bay Arizona New England 3 New England Seattle Carolina 3.5 Pittsburgh Carolina Seattle 5 Seattle Pittsburgh Pittsburgh 5.5 Kansas City Cincinnati Indianapolis 8.5 Dallas Indianapolis Cincinnati 9 Indianapolis Oakland Kansas City 9.5 Minnesota Minnesota Minnesota 10 Cincinnati Houston Oakland 10.5 Oakland Kansas City Dallas 11 Denver Denver Houston 12.5 Houston Dallas Denver 13 Baltimore Baltimore Baltimore 15 Detroit NY Giants NY Giants 17.5 NY Jets Jacksonville Jacksonville 17.5 Jacksonville Buffalo Detroit 18.5 NY Giants Washington Buffalo 20 Tampa Bay Atlanta Washington 20 Washington Detroit NY Jets 20 Buffalo Tampa Bay Tampa Bay 21 Chicago NY Jets Atlanta 23 New Orleans Chicago Chicago 23.5 Miami San Diego New Orleans 25.5 Atlanta Tennessee San Diego 26 San Diego New Orleans Miami 27 Philadelphia Los Angeles Tennessee 28.5 Los Angeles Miami Los Angeles 28.5 San Francisco Philadelphia Philadelphia 29 Tennessee San Francisco San Francisco 30.5 Cleveland Cleveland Cleveland 32
Bang on with 2-census point avergae haha
Nothing can ever go wrong with only two census points!
I enjoy the fact that Denver was picked 13th in both groups, but was the 14th highest picked team on average. Man math can be weird.

Maybe a better way was to put an exponential value to each pick, so higher picked teams get more value. So I took where a team was ranked and squared it, then added Tier I and Tier II together. So Arizona picked 1st (1x1=1), and picked 3rd (3x3=9) had a score of 10.

If the Tier I and Tier II picks have any accuracy to them... then I'm going to dominate Tier I.
My picks:
6. SEA, went 4 in Tier II
11. CIN, went 7 in Tier II
22. BUF, went 18 in Tier II
27. SD, went 25 in Tier II
That's +2 +4 +4 +2 = +12 in value difference. BOOM.
So the exact same list, the only difference is the averages that are tied are in a different order... good calculation!

Either that... or you have a bunch of fans in Tier II that took whoever you took when it was there pick.
I am going to go with this one haha

Maybe an easier way to do it would be to find some betting lines on wins for the season and figure out who has the most potential wins based on that. That way, it doesn't matter where a certain team was drafted, just that you have predictions on potential wins.
I had planned to do something like that, but work got extremely busy the last two days.
